Scope and identification of the seller

These General Conditions of Sale (“GCS”) govern all sales concluded on the Helena Calia online store, a micro-enterprise under French law:

By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted without reservation the General Terms and Conditions.

Products

The jewelry presented on the site is described and photographed with the utmost accuracy. However, slight variations in color or texture may exist. Product and price offers remain valid as long as they are visible online, while stocks last.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all French taxes (TTC).

They do not include customs fees or other possible duties, specified before the final validation of the order. Helena Calia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Order

1. Steps: add to cart → identification → choice of delivery method → ​​payment.
   
2. Before payment, a summary allows you to check the details and the total price.
   
3. The sales contract is concluded when payment is accepted and the confirmation email is sent.
   
4. Helena Calia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order legitimately suspected of fraud or anomaly.
   

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

The debit is immediate. Transactions are secured via SSL protocol and the payment service provider is PCI-DSS certified.

Retention of title

The products remain the property of Helena Calia until full payment of the price, including fees and taxes.

Delivery

• Areas: Metropolitan France, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada.
  
• Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost or international equivalent with tracking.
  
• Indicative delivery times: 4-7 working days for France, 4-10 working days for international delivery.
  
• The transfer of risks occurs when the package is handed over to the carrier.
  
• Any package found to be damaged must be refused or reported to the carrier the same day.
  

Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code:

Standard jewelry

• Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days after receipt.
  
• Procedure: Notify by email then return the item within 14 days.
  
• Return costs to be borne by the customer.
  

Personalized jewelry (engraving, special size, etc.)

• No right of withdrawal; returns are excluded.
  

Orders with a promotional code

• Any product purchased with the use of a promotional code, discount or special offer is considered a final sale .
  
• These items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal or return.
  

Items must be returned new, in their box, accompanied by the invoice .

Refund within 14 days of receipt, via the same payment method.

Responsibility

Helena Calia cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of profit, etc.) or delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

Force majeure

Any external, irresistible and unforeseeable event (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, armed conflict, network outage, etc.) suspends the execution of contractual obligations for its duration.

Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see dedicated section). You have the right to access, rectify, and object to this data.

Archiving and Evidence

The computerized records stored on our servers and those of our payment service providers are considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
